EXHIBIT E <br /> Reclamation Plan <br /> Reclamation of the mining site will be reclaimed for rangeland use. <br /> The existing overburden from the mine site will be placed in a manner to <br /> leave all slopes at 4:1 or flatter. <br /> After the slopes have been established existing topsoil for the mine <br /> site will be respread over the mine site at a depth of 2" to 6". The site will be <br /> seeded with a mix that resembles the surrounding native grasses (see specific <br /> see mix below). The use of fertilizers is not anticipated at this time. No trees <br /> or shrubs were present prior to mining, no trees or shrubs will be planted as <br /> part of the reclamation. <br /> The reclamation of the runoff on the north east side of the pit will <br /> consist of using equipment to remove sediment deposits 1" thick or greater <br /> and return the sediment to the mining site. All disturbed areas will be seeded <br /> with a mix that resembles the surrounding native seed (see specific see mix <br /> below).
