Russell: MINING ANDSAFETy <br /> I am in receipt of your letter dated February 8, 2021 titled "Notice of Filing Deficiencies, 112c <br /> Construction Materials Application Strode Pit, File No. M-2021-002." Please find the following <br /> changes to our application addressing the deficiencies listed in your letter: <br /> GENERAL: <br /> 1. The application fee is enclosed, a check for $2,696.00 made out to the "Colorado <br /> Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety." <br /> 2. The Reclamation Plan Map has been revised and is enclosed. The revised permit <br /> boundary includes all disturbed lands from M-2019-002, and totals 54.85 acres. The <br /> permit application (Page 1) and Exhibit A have also been revised to reflect this total <br /> acreage. <br /> APPLICATION FORM: <br /> 3. Application Question #3 and 3.2 have been revised to the total acreage of 54.85. <br /> Question#3.1 now states "N/A." <br /> 4. Application Question #5.2 and 5.3 have been changed to read "N/A — Reclamation <br /> Only." Question#5 in its entirety is changed to "N/A." <br /> 5. Page 6 of the Application Form has been revised and #10 is not initialed on the revised <br /> version. <br /> 6. The Application Certification has been revised so that the Applicant/Operator is now <br /> identified as Castle Rock Construction Company of Colorado, LLC. <br />
