Please see Exhibit A, new Performance Warranty with stamp. <br /> Legal Right of Enter <br /> 2. Please see Exhibit B, Legal Right to Enter&Special Warranty Deed. <br /> Structure Agreement <br /> 3. Please see Exhibit C, Structure Agreements.To our knowledge there are no existing Structure <br /> Agreements between the current operator&surrounding structure owners. However,we have obtained <br /> Structure Agreements for 2 man-made structures owned my Weld County,the current operator. <br /> Financial Warranty <br /> 4. Please see Exhibit D, Financial Warranty. We understand that on future inspections the Financial <br /> Warranty may change based on the current conditions of the site. <br /> Conclusion <br /> This concludes our response to your Incompleteness Letter from February 28, 2021.
