Box 187 <br />Craig, CO 81626 <br />1 April 2021 <br />Re: Trapper Mine (Permit No. C1981-010) <br />Review of 2020 Q4 Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />Dear Mr. Roberts: <br />The Division has received and reviewed 2021 Quarter 1 Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), <br />for the Trapper Mine. Thank you for your timely submittal of this information. The report covers <br />the period from January through March 2021. The Discharge Monitoring Report was received by <br />the Division on 7 December 2020 as an electronic submittal. <br />Trapper submits the DMRs to the Division quarterly, in accordance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii). <br />Trapper reported that three outfalls discharged during the quarter; outfalls 001, 002 and O1 l . <br />Trapper reported that no primary effluent limitations were exceeded during the quarter. TDS <br />values for the active outfalls were reported. <br />The Division does not have any questions or further comments at this time.
