Box 187 <br />Craig, Colorado 81626 <br />RE: Trapper Mining Inc., Permit; C1981010 <br />Review: Sediment Pond Inspections 2020 Q4 <br />Dear Ms. Perkins <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (The Division) has reviewed the <br />above referenced report. The fourth quarter Sediment Pond Inspection report was received by <br />the Division on 7 December 2020. <br />The report complies with applicable sections of Rule 4.05.9. The inspections took place on 6, 7, <br />8 and 27 October and 5, 6 and 18 November 2020. <br />No maintenance issues were identified in the current report. <br />The following ponds were discharging at a rate of less than 1 cubic foot/second: <br />1. No Name #2, 4, 5 <br />2. Johnson # 6, 7R, 8R, 9R, and IOR <br />3. East Pyeatt #1, 2, 3 <br />The following ponds held water and where not discharging at the time of inspection: <br />Oak #1 <br />Middle Flume #1 & #3 <br />Horse <br />Ute <br />East Middle Flume <br />Deal #1 <br />Industrial Waste Pond <br />Sediment storage was adequate for all ponds at time of inspection.
