EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />Cedar Creek Associates, Inc. was contracted in 2019 and 2020 by Bowie Resource, LLC to evaluate <br />the revegetated Run of Mine areas at the Bowie No. 1 Mine for the first and second years of a two-year <br />Phase III Bond Release effort. Field studies conducted in 2019 and 2020 to evaluate revegetation efforts <br />have shown that the target reclaimed plant communities have met the target success criterion for Phase <br />III Bond Release (Table 1).
