We discussed the ramifications of that for TR4 and <br /> associated bonding requirements. The following Acts and Rules must be considered: <br /> The Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials (Act) and the <br /> Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for the <br /> Extraction of Construction Materials (Rules), specifically: <br /> O §34-32.5-116(4)(h) <br /> O §37-90-137(11) <br /> O Rule 3.1.6(1)(a) <br /> O Rule 6.3.3(i) and(j) <br /> O Rule 6.4.5(2)(c) <br /> O Rule 4.2.1(4) <br /> Per these regulations your mining and reclamation plan must be protective of water rights and <br /> resources and the financial warranty must be adequate to complete reclamation including the <br /> protection of water resources.
