<br /> <br />Notice of Proposed Decision <br /> <br /> <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has issued a proposed decision to approve <br />Bond Release Application No. 7 (SL-7) for the Seneca II-W Mine, Permit No. C-1982-057. SL 7 <br />constitutes a phase III bond release on 367 acres. The surface operation is operated by Seneca <br />Property LLC under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. <br />The bond release application was submitted by Seneca Property LLC on June 8, 2020. A partial <br />phase III bond release request for 367 acres, comprising private and federal ownership.
