The application was deemed complete on March <br /> 26,2021. <br /> The revision proposes to utilize an existing ranch road and small equipment staging area to the PAP. <br /> The applicant is proposing approximately 0.95 acres of additional surface disturbance outside of the <br /> area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br /> available for review at the La Plata County Clerk and Recorder's office and at the Division's Denver <br /> office.
