Service Provider shall comply with any reasonable request by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (the "Department") made in the course of an investigation that the Department undertakes or is undertaking pursuant to the authority established in Subsection 8-17.5-102 (5), C.R.S. f. The Service Provider shall abide by the City of Fort Collins "Dust Control and Prevention Manual," which is available for public download at https://www.fcgov.com/airguality/pdf/dust-prevention-and-control-manual.pdf, and is incorporated herein by this reference. The City of Fort Collins has implemented this manual for all projects performed for the City of Fort Collins or located within the City of Fort Collins City limits. 23. Haul Routes. All trucks used for work contracted by the City utilizing asphalt from the asphalt plant located at 1800 North Taft Hill Road may only enter North Taft Hill Road from the North using CR 54 G and only exit the site on North Taft Hill Road to the North to CR 54G. 24. Special Provisions. Special provisions or conditions relating to the services to be performed pursuant to this Agreement are set forth in Exhibit G - Confidentiality, consisting of one (1) page, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
