I have attached some information about this for your
information. Please let me know if I am wrong about the size of your operation or if you have any further questions.
Thank you,
Jodi, Li V,,Se
From:Tyler Miller<tmiller@goldrushexpeditions.com>
Sent:Wednesday, March 3, 2021 2:37 PM
To:Jodi Linsey<Jodi@silverth read phd.org>
Subject:dust permit?
Good afternoon Jodi,
Thank you for taking my phone call this afternoon.
To recap our conversation. I called to inquire about the possibility of needing a "Dust Permit"
When clearing some dirt blocking a bulk head entrance into a mine. I explained it will be a
Small operation using a mini excavator. You said this "dust permit" would not be needed as
we are not Disturbing a sizeable amount of ground nor are we using commercial mining equipment.
Best,
4DTyler Miller
•# ** Mineral Sales Executive
* Phone 385.218.2138
web www.goldrushexpeditions.com
Email tmiller@goldrushexgeditions.com
1
