of the plans and specifications of this Contract.
Section 4.Order of Precedence
In the event of conflicts or inconsistencies between this Contract and its exhibits or attachments, such conflicts or
inconsistencies shall be resolved by reference to the documents in the following order of priority:
1. The Colorado Special Provisions contained in Section 25 of this Contract;
2. Exhibit K: Construction CAP Project Special Provisions;
3. Exhibit L: Construction CAP Standard Special Provisions;
4. Exhibit M:The Construction CAP Plans,including:
a. Detailed Construction CAP Plans;and
b. Standard Construction CAP Plans.
Calculated dimensions will govern over scaled dimensions.
5. Exhibit N: Construction CAP Supplemental Specifications;
6. Exhibit O: Construction CAP Revisions to Plans and Specifications;
7. Standard Specifications;
8. This CM/GC Construction Contract proper;
9 Exhibit A: The Contractor's CAP Proposal;and
10. The remaining exhibits and attachments to this Contract in descending order.
Section 5.Performance Period
The Contract shall be effective upon approval by the State Controller, or designee ("Effective Date"). The Contract shall
terminate upon the date of final payment for the work or final audit of the work,whichever is pertinent to this Contract,unless
