The Department's Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction("Standard Specifications"). <br /> The documents referenced in Nos. 11 through 20 above are on file in the office of the Department of Transportation at <br /> Denver, Colorado, together with such alterations and modifications as may be made in accordance with the provisions <br /> of the plans and specifications of this Contract. <br /> Section 4.Order of Precedence <br /> In the event of conflicts or inconsistencies between this Contract and its exhibits or attachments, such conflicts or <br /> inconsistencies shall be resolved by reference to the documents in the following order of priority: <br /> 1. The Colorado Special Provisions contained in Section 25 of this Contract; <br /> 2. Exhibit K: Construction CAP Project Special Provisions; <br /> 3. Exhibit L: Construction CAP Standard Special Provisions; <br /> 4. Exhibit M:The Construction CAP Plans,including: <br /> a. Detailed Construction CAP Plans;and <br /> b. Standard Construction CAP Plans. <br /> Calculated dimensions will govern over scaled dimensions. <br /> 5. Exhibit N: Construction CAP Supplemental Specifications; <br /> 6. Exhibit O: Construction CAP Revisions to Plans and Specifications; <br /> 7. Standard Specifications; <br /> 8. This CM/GC Construction Contract proper; <br /> 9 Exhibit A: The Contractor's CAP Proposal;and <br /> 10. The remaining exhibits and attachments to this Contract in descending order. <br /> Section 5.Performance Period <br /> The Contract shall be effective upon approval by the State Controller, or designee ("Effective Date"). The Contract shall <br /> terminate upon the date of final payment for the work or final audit of the work,whichever is pertinent to this Contract,unless <br /> Page 2 of 8 <br />
