<br />MOTION FOR ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE OF PHILLIP W. NELSON
<br />Tami Hart Kirby, Esq., counsel for Cortland Capital Market Services LLC and Alter
<br />Domus (US) LLC (collectively, "Cordand/AD"),1 and pursuant to Local Rule 2090-I, hereby
<br />moves the Court for entry of an order admitting Phillip W. Nelson ("Mr. Nelson'), an attorney
<br />with the law firm of Holland & Knight LLP, 150 N. Riverside Plaza, Suite 2700, Chicago, Illinois
<br />60606, to appear pro hac vice before this Court on behalf of Cortland/AD. Mr. Nelson is an
<br />attorney in the Chicago, Illinois office of the law firm Holland & Knight LLP.
<br />Movant represents that Mr. Nelson is a member in good standing of the highest court of
<br />Illinois (Bar No. 6283615) and was admitted to practice in Illinois in 2004. Additionally, Mr.
<br />Nelson is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern District of
<br />Illinois and the Eastem District of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the
<br />Seventh Circuit. Mr. Nelson is in good standing to practice before all courts to which he is
<br />admitted, and there are no disciplinary actions pending against him in any jurisdiction.

<br />International, Ine.'s principal place of business and the Debtors' service address in these chapter 11 cases is 757 North

<br />' On March 22, 2019 Alter Doorus, a Luxembourg -based provider of Fund and Corporate Services to alternative
<br />vestment managers completed its acquisition of Cortland, an independent investment servicing company providing
<br />third -part fund administration and middle and back -office outsourcing to financial institutions.
