This plat requirement shall not apply to <br /> any properties in Clear Creek County. Notwithstanding Section B-2.above,the Administrator shall have no <br /> authontyto waive the Petition for Inclusion Requirement. <br /> Section 7. Appendix C of the Land Development Code (Minimum Planned Unit <br /> Development Requirements) is hereby amended to read in full as follows, with bold, underlined <br /> and highlighted text showing additions: <br /> APPENDIX C: MINIMUM PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS <br /> C-1. Generally <br /> Applications for planned unit development approvals shall be on a form approved by the <br /> Administrator,which shall meet the minimum standards of this Appendix. <br /> C-2. Waiver of Information Requirements <br /> An applicant may request a waiver of any of the requirements of this Appendix in writing to the <br /> Administrator.A request for waiver of requirements must include sufficient demonstration that the <br /> planned unit development will have no negative qualitative or quantitative impacts that would be <br /> offset or mitigated by a specific requirement,the evaluation of which would be likely impacted by <br /> the requested waiver. <br /> 8 <br />
