Ames has revised the Reclamation Plan to answer the proposed questions. <br /> 11. Cost Estimate <br /> a. The reason why only two pieces of equipment for mobilization were proposed was <br /> because that is Ames's equipment. The sub, CDI,who will mobilize a small tractor <br /> and a flatbed carrying straw included this mobilization cost within their estimate <br /> and did not break this cost out. Please see the revised Reclamation Plan for more <br /> information on the application of seed and mulch. <br /> 12. CDI Quote <br /> a. The CDI quote has been revised and has bumped up the acreage to be reseeded to 9 <br /> acres instead of the original 8 acres. Please see Exhibit D. <br /> 13. Dryland Pasture Mix <br /> a. Ames has attached the requested documentation on the Dryland Pasture Mix. Please <br /> see Exhibit D. <br /> 14. Map Requirements <br /> a. Ames has revised the Exhibit E maps and are signed by Brian Fowler,Ames's <br /> Regional Survey Manager, and the date is now enlarged. <br /> 15. Map Information <br /> a. Ames has revised the Exhibit E maps to include all of the requested information. <br /> 16. Larimer County Permit <br /> a. Larimer County requires a Development Construction Permit through the Larimer <br /> County Planning Department that Ames is currently working towards. This permit <br /> can also be provided once obtained. <br /> 17. Governmental Contract <br /> a. Ames has sent the contract to Tim via email, as stated in the letter. <br /> 18. Permanent Man-Made Structures <br /> a.
