Claims Administration And Objections (3.0 hours - $2,737.80 in fees) <br />32. Foley reviewed various secured, priority and fee claim issues and the bar date order <br />in these cases. Foley also communicated with creditors regarding the claims process. <br />F. Employee Benefits/Pensions (0.2 of an hour - $140.40 in fees) <br />33. Foley spent a minimal amount of time on a 401(k) plan audit issue. <br />G. Fee/Employment Applications (16.9 hours - $10,317.20 in fees) <br />34. Foley prepared its Retention Application. Foley also prepared its monthly Fee <br />Statements pursuant to the Case Management Order (as defined below).4 This category also <br />includes the $3,000.00 incurred in the preparation of this Fee Application. <br />H. Fee/Employment Objections (0.1 of an hour - $70.20 in fees) <br />35. Foley spent a minimal amount of time reviewing orders for the Debtors' <br />professionals. <br />I.
