Item#1 Applicant Name: Applications submitted for county operations must be in the name of the county rather than a sub-division of the county government. Therefore, it is necessary that the applicant/operator name on your application form be "Kiowa County"rather than "Kiowa County Road &Bridge" or any other name. This requirement applies to pages 1 and 8 of your application: "Kiowa County Road & Bridge" appears once on page 1 and twice on page 8.
