EXHIBIT J -VEGETATION INFORMATION <br /> The information provided in this Exhibit is intended to satisfy the requirements outlined in Section <br /> 6.4.10 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board Construction Material Rules and <br /> Regulations: <br /> (a) Description of present vegetation types including estimates of cover and height of <br /> principal species in each life-form represented; <br /> The subject property is actively farmed,with annual rotation of crops, commonly including <br /> corn and hay. Information is provided in the attached Exhibit H -Wildlife Information, <br /> prepared by Savage and Savage, based on a site investigation conducted on March 1st, <br /> 2020 <br /> (b) Relationship of present vegetation to soil types; <br /> Areas immediately adjacent to and within approximately 200 feet of the proposed site <br /> consist of agricultural, oil, and gas production, grazing, transportation (State Highway 66 <br /> and Weld County Roads 17, 28, and 19), gravel mining and residential uses, with their <br /> typical associations of vegetation. The site is generally associated with arable soils <br /> supportive of a variety of crops. <br /> (c) Estimates of annual production and carrying capacity if the choice for reclamation is <br /> for range or agriculture. <br /> Not applicable.
