Humphrey <br />OBJECTION OF THE LIQUIDATING TRUSTEE OF THE HOPEDALE CREDITORS' <br />TRUST TO THE REQUEST OF CREDITOR, STATE OF OHIO, BUREAU OF <br />WORKERS' COMPENSATION, FOR ALLOWANCE AND PAYMENT OF <br />ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIM [RELATED DOCKET NO.6061 <br />The Liquidating Trustee of the Hopedale Creditors' Trust (the "Trustee") of Hopedale <br />Mining, LLC and its related debtors and debtors in possession in the above -captioned chapter 11 <br />cases (collectively, the "Debtors"), hereby submits this objection (the "Objection") to the Request <br />of Creditor, State of Ohio, Bureau of Workers' Compensation, for Allowance and Payment of <br />Administrative Expense Claim [Docket No. 606] (the "BWC Application"). In support of the <br />Objection, the Trustee respectfully states as follows: <br />RELEVANT BACKGROUND <br />1. On July 22, 2020 (the "Petition Date"), the Debtors commenced chapter 11 cases <br />by filing voluntary petitions for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. <br />2.
