E.g. payment based on toll ore <br /> grade, process recovery, market prices, treatment costs, etc. <br /> 2. Batch of toll ore to be processed is identified. This may, for example, be a <br /> specific stope in a mine, or a stockpile on the surface. <br /> 3. The batch is surveyed to determine quantity and to collect a representative <br /> sample. <br /> 4. A representative ore sample is collected under established chain of custody <br /> protocols and laboratory tested for ore grade. <br /> 5. Economic or performance test will validate ore grades which will be used to <br /> determine toll ore purchase price. <br /> 4.6.2 ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA <br /> Acceptance Criteria will also include: <br /> • Bill of Lading documenting the ore has been analyzed and approved for mill <br /> processing. <br /> • Truck and ore deliveries are pre-approved and scheduled. <br /> • Truck and driver are CDOT certified. <br /> • Insurance is current. <br /> • Ore location is identified, <br /> • Tarps are securely covering delivered ore. <br /> • Ore is minus xx inches. <br /> • Ore is free of organic debris. <br /> • Ore is dumped in designated areas. <br /> • Truck drivers are site safety trained in; communication protocols, noise and <br /> dust mitigation, scale and traffic management procedures, speed limits, <br /> emergency response, inclement weather operating procedures, site <br /> restrictions, and PPE. <br /> • On- and off-site transportation activities conform with CDRMS, CDOT and Lake <br /> County regulations. <br />
