The permit document chronicles <br /> this history by; <br /> • Crossing out original text that is no longer relevant; <br /> • Including changes from prior Division Adequacy Review correspondence shown in Bold <br /> text. Permit document changes are footnoted, referencing the Adequacy Review letter <br /> and question number. Also, included in our hard-copy submission is a notebook of <br /> Adequacy review correspondence and UMC responses for ease of review. <br /> • New text associated with the Amendment 2 submission is shown in Blue text. <br /> We look forward in working with the Division as we advance this project.
