On October 13, 2020, the Court entered the Order, Pursuant to Sections 105(a) and 365(a) of the Bankruptcy Code, Authorizing the Rejection of Certain Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases [Docket No. 477 ("Rejection Order")] granting the Rejection Motion and authorizing the Debtors' rejection of the Caterpillar Leases effective as of the Rejection Date. 12. On January 15, 2021, the Court entered the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order (I) Approving the Disclosure Statement on a Final Basis, and (II) Confirming the Joint Plan of Orderly Liquidation [Docket No. 580 "Confirmation Order")] and thereby confirmed the Plan that was attached to the Confirmation Order as Exhibit A and had previously been filed as Docket No. 529. The Effective Date of the Plan was February 1, 2021 ("Effective Date").
