Case 1:20-bk-12043 Doc 628-2 Filed 03/02/21 Entered 03/02/21 11:09:01 Desc <br />Proposed Order Page 2 of 2 <br />This matter having come before the Court upon Caterpillar Financial Services <br />Corporation's Application and Request for Allowance and Payment ofAdministrative Claim under <br />the Confirmed Plan ("Application"), and no objections having been filed or any objections being <br />hereby overruled; and the Court having reviewed the record, being otherwise sufficiently advised, <br />and having considered same; <br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: <br />1. The Application is GRANTED. <br />2. Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation ("Caterpillar") shall have an Allowed <br />Administrative Claim under the confirmed First Amended Joint Plan of Orderly Liquidation of <br />Hopedale Mining LLC and Its Affiliated Debtors under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code <br />[Docket No. 529] in the amount of $254,987.75 ("Allowed Administrative Claim"). <br />3. The Liquidating Trustee of the Hopedale Creditors' Trust, GlassRatner Advisory <br />& Capital Group, LLC d/b/a B. Riley Advisory Services, is hereby directed to pay to Caterpillar <br />the full amount of the Allowed Administrative Claim within ten days of the entry of this Order. <br />SO ORDERED. <br />Distribution List <br />Copies to Default List. <br />
