Skies appeared clear, and snow was present throughout the <br />site. Active mining was taking place in the L Pit at the time of inspection. Coal was being hauled. A <br />blast was set up in the L Pit, where two drag lines were positioned. One dragline was working and one <br />was idle in L Pit and one appeared to be working in the N pit. <br />INSPECTION: <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Main haul roads and access roads appeared in good repair. Contemporaneous reclamation, grading, <br />overburden and topsoil placement have not yet commenced for the 2021 field season. These activities <br />have progressed adequately and as permitted.
