The pipeline alignment will change the location of the <br /> future pump station from the northwest corner of the South Cell to the southwest corner of the North Cell. The pipeline <br /> will be constructed to ensure access to the South Platte River prior to further development in the area. The pump <br /> station will not be constructed as part of this project and will likely be constructed after 20230. <br /> Denver Water is requesting a Technical Revision, TR-09, to permit M-2004-078. The purpose of the revision is to <br /> amend the location of the pump station and inlet/outlet pipeline, as shown on Sheet 6 on the permit drawings. <br /> Included for your review are the following documents: <br /> 1. A redlined version of Mining Permit M-2004-078 showing the revisions discussed above. <br /> 2. Final for Construction (FFC) Drawings for inlet-outlet pipeline alignment and future pump station location. <br /> Denver Water has completed a Special User Permit with the City of Fort Lupton and have been granted approval from <br /> Dustin Steelman at the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT)for the alignment under Highway 85. Denver <br /> Water is working through the formal approval process with CDOT. <br /> This request is in conformance with Section 4.17 of the (DRMS) Rules and Regulations. Please find enclosed a check <br /> in the amount of$216 for application fees.
