Copies of the Application may be obtained at absolutely no cost to you <br />from (i) Epiq Corporate Restructuring, LLC (the "Noticing Agent") at no charge by: (i) <br />calling the Debtors' restructuring hotline at (855) 907-2152 within the United States or <br />Canada or, outside of the United States or Canada, by calling +1 (503) 520-4482; (ii) visiting <br />the Debtors' restructuring website at https://dm.epigll.com/Hopedale; (iii) writing to <br />Hopedale Mining, LLC, Ballot Processing, c/o Epiq Corporate Restructuring, LLC, 10300 <br />SW Allen Boulevard, Beaverton, OR 97005; or (iv) emailing <br />RhinoInquiries@epigglobal.com. You may also obtain copies of any pleadings in these <br />chapter 11 cases by visiting the Court's website at http://www.ohsb.uscourts.2ov in <br />accordance with the procedures and fees set forth therein. <br />3. Objections, if any, to the approval of the Application must: (a) be in writing; <br />(b) conform to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, the Local Bankruptcy Rules for the <br />Southern District of Ohio, General Order 30-3 from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the <br />Southern District of Ohio, dated December 4, 2019 (the "General Order"), and the Case <br />Management Order (Doc. No. 89); (c) be filed electronically with the Court on the docket of the <br />above -captioned jointly administered chapter 11 case, by registered users of the Court's electronic <br />filing system and in accordance with the General Order (which is available on the Court's website <br />at http://www.ohsb.uscourts.gov); and (d) be served so as to be actually received by March 12, <br />2021 (the "Objection Deadline"), by the entities on the Master Service List, which is available on <br />the Debtors' case website at https:Hdm.epii 1 I.com/Hopedale. <br />4. If no objections are timely filed and served with respect to the Application, the <br />Debtors shall, on or after the Objection Deadline, submit to the Court an order to the Application, <br />which order the Court may enter with no further notice or opportunity to be heard. <br />5. The hearing on the Application, if and when it is scheduled by the Court, may be <br />continued or adjourned thereafter from time to time without further notice other than an <br />announcement of the adjourned date or dates at the hearing. <br />2 <br />
