Mine, were transferred from Peabody Coal Company to Seneca Coal Company on October 17,
<br /> 1994. The third permit, C-94-082 for Yoast Mine, was issued to SCC on August 7, 1995. Current,
<br /> previous, and pending mining permits obtained by Seneca Coal Company and its principal
<br /> shareholders are listed in Appendix 3-5.
