"SPECIFICATIONS" GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />-~ <br />•' <br />FOR <br />HAULROADS <br />TRAPPER MINE <br />UTAH INTERNATIONAL, INC. <br />CRAIG, COLORADO <br />SCG-O1 General <br />These "Specifications" General Conditions shall have precedence over <br />any clauses in the General Conditions with which they may conflict. <br /> <br />All references in the Contract, General Conditions, "Specifications" <br />General Conditions and technical provisions of the Specifications to <br />"General Conditions" shall be understood to include modifications <br />and/or additions set forth in these "Specifications" General Condi- <br />tions. <br />SCG-02 Drawings and Specifications <br />These General Conditions together with the attached specifications and <br />all drawings to which the CONTRACTOR is referred by the specifica- <br />tions, are intended to illustrate the work required under the con- <br />tract. Drawings and specifications are complimentary and what is <br />called for by one shall be as binding as iF called for by both. <br />Should the drawings and specifications be contradictory in any parti- <br />cular way or should there be apparent errors in either, or should <br />there be any doubt as to the meaning of either, the CONTRACTOR shall <br />refer [he matter to the engineers whose decision thereon shall be <br />binding upon all parties. <br />1 <br />• <br />Figures sha1L have precedence over seated meaurements, and details <br />over general drawings. <br />S-2 <br />- -- _ _, <br />
