I, Edward C. Johnson, a Registered Professional Engineer in the State
of Colorado, in accordance with 2 CCR 407-2, Section 4.03.1(1)(d), do
certify that the "Main Haulroad Expansion" as shown an the enclosed
map (M9, sheet l ), was built in accordance with the guidelines set forth
in Section 3.7.2 of the Trapper Mine Permit (I.D. No. C-010-81). The
haulroad extension was constructed using prudent state-of-the art
construction methods and is suitable for the anticipated volume,
weight and speed of the haulage vehicles.
