All that part of the S1/2 of the NE1/4 of Section 25, Township 1 North,
Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. and that part of the SW1/4 of the NW1/4 of
Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P .M. , County of
Weld, State of Colorado, described as follows, to-wit :
Beginning at a point on the East line of the SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 30,
1560 feet South of the North line of said Section 30, said point being
marked by an iron pin;
thence South 00 degrees 11 minutes East along said East line of said
SW1/4NWI/4 of said Section 30 , 1128 feet �:o the Southeast corner therecf ;
thence North 89 degrees 46 minutes West along the South line of said
SWI/4NW1/4 of said Section 30 and along the S1/2NEI/4 of said Section 25 ,
2884 feet to the Easterly boundary line of the right of way of The

North 4 degrees 29 minutes East 25 feet to the point marked by an iron
pin;
thence East 2173 feet more or less to the Place of Beginning.
