Exhibit O has been revised to include Carl Eiberger as an owner of substance <br /> to be mined. A revised Exhibit O is attached. <br /> EXHIBIT N—Source of Legal Right to Enter (Rule 6.4.14): <br /> 2. The properties to be mined are owned by Aggregate Industries — WCR, Inc. (Applicant) <br /> and the City of Westminster.
