OF COLORADO LLC <br /> This is a Construction Management General Contractor(CMGC) project in which we <br /> have a contract with Colorado Department of Transportation for the Pre- Construction <br /> Services Agreement. CDOT and Castle Rock Construction Company of Colorado, LLC <br /> have come to a negotiated price for a Construction Package of 3 passing lanes on US 287. <br /> These 3 passing lanes are out of a total of 6 that CDOT intends to build. <br /> Following Items: <br /> • Construction Management/General Contractor Pre-Construction Services <br /> Agreement with CDOT <br /> • Memo Accepting our Pricing from Heather Paddock, Region 4 Transportation <br /> Director to Steve Harelson, P.E. Transportation Director for Construction Package <br /> 1. <br /> • Memo Accepting our Pricing from John Cater, Colorado Division Administrator <br /> to Bryce Reeves, Region 4 Traffic Resident Engineer for Construction Package 1. <br /> Once an actual Construction Contract is received from CDOT, an addendum to the permit <br /> will be done adding it to this Reclamation Permit Application Package. <br />
