EXHIBIT B <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> COUNTY: Cheyenne <br /> OPERATOR: Castle Rock Construction Company of Colorado,LLC <br /> 1. The area designated within the pit limits is currently hilly rangeland used for livestock <br /> grazing only. <br /> 2. Soils on the grass land are ridge top typical of Cheyenne County and are classified as <br /> Valent-Bijou Loamy Sands <br /> 3. Topsoil is 6-10 inches, silty sandy M-L, CL type by Unified Soil Classification. <br /> 4. The soil beneath the topsoil is sandy which will be used as fill embankment. <br /> 5. Clumps of natural grasses including blue gama,buffalo grass and western wheatgrass <br /> exist along with weedy vegetation. The proposed pit area is very sparsely vegetated. <br /> 6. The existing slopes vary in slope but generally are 5:1 slope. The final slopes will be <br /> reclaimed to a condition of 4:1 or flatter. <br /> 7. Structures <br /> a. There is a fiber line we will be crossing at the entrance of the pit in the Right of <br /> Way. <br />
