Exhibit B <br /> Applicant: Ames Construction, Inc. <br /> Name of Site: Hofacker Property Borrow <br /> Date: February 12, 2021 <br /> EXHIBIT B — Site Description <br /> (a) Existing Vegetation and soil characteristics of the site area. <br /> The 8 acres of the permit site are presently rangeland. Existing <br /> vegetation consists predominately of grasses. <br /> The site soils have been classified by the United States <br /> Department of Agriculture as a Kim loam in attached report. <br /> (b)List of permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of affected <br /> area: <br /> • North Poudre Irrigation box culvert located under the 1-25 <br /> SB off ramp. <br /> • Eugene Hofacker's house. <br /> (c)Water resources in the area of the proposed borrow. <br /> • North Poudre Irrigation Canal that runs along the <br /> southern portion of the edge of our proposed borrow <br /> location. <br /> • Indian Creek Reservoir approximately 9700 feet south <br /> east of the proposed borrow location. <br /> • Clark Reservoir approximately 4800 feet south of the <br /> proposed borrow location. <br /> (d)Wildlife assessment. <br /> Not required for 111 Special Operations. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
