The Yampa River is under appropriated as of early 2021 with no active calls on the river. <br /> Colorado Division of Water Resources staff has informed the operator that some basins may be <br /> designated over-appropriated as of May 2021. The operator will pursue a new gravel well permit <br /> to address the new total groundwater lake total anticipated for the site. Depending on the <br /> appropriation status of the basin, the operator will pursue substitute water supply plans and/or <br /> augmentation plans as needed. <br /> 3. Reclamation Timetable and Areas <br /> A timetable for the reclamation of the Bunn Ranch Pit is shown below. A breakdown of post <br /> mine land use areas is shown below.
