The application was deemed complete on February 17, <br />2021. <br /> <br />MR-455 seeks to update Exhibit 7 with a copy of the renewed Colorado Discharge Permit System <br />(CDPS) permit (permit no. CO0038776, modification #4). The applicant is not proposing additional <br />surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Gunnison County Clerk and Recorder, 221 N. Wisconsin, Gunnison, CO <br />81230 and at the Division’s Denver office.
