Box 310, San Luis, CO 81152-0310; (719) 379-0798, filed an application for a/an Acreage <br />Release Request (AR- 5) to M1988112, San Luis Project, which is located approximately 4 miles Northeast <br />of San Luis, Section 22, Township 32S, Range 71W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Costilla County. <br /> <br />The reduction of the permit area by a total of 308.7 Acres. Affectively reducing the permitted area from <br />736.92 Acres to 428.22 Permitted Acres <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for April 12, 2021. Written comments or objections to the application <br />may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Lucas J. West at the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) 866-3567 x <br />8187. <br /> <br />Battle Mountain Resources, Inc. is required to publish a public notice once in a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the locality of the mining operation. If you wish to make comments on or objections to the <br />proposed release, they must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the newspaper public notice to be <br />considered in the review process by the Division. You should contact the operator for the newspaper <br />publication date. If we do not receive your comments or any objection by the end of the public comment <br />period, the Division will assume you have no objection or comment to the proposed release. <br /> <br />M-GR-03A-P
