August 14, 1975
Olt Grove st.
Denver, Co 80216
Division of Water Resources
Department of Natural Resources
300 Columbine Building
1845 Sherman St.
Denver, CO 80203
Re: Well Permit No. 70119
S '
Attention: Mr. Reiner G.
ubold
Mr. Richard Bell
Gentlemen:
This is a request for an extension of time to effect beneficial
use of subject well water.
Mr. A. Walton of A & J Drilling Co. had previously requested an
extension, and an extension of two months was granted per your
letter of July 25, 1975. The well was drilled to completion
July 30, 1975 as shown on form WRJ-26-72.
Upon review of "INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR EX&FT WELL PERMIT"
and form WRJ-25-73 it appears that some difficulty may arise if
the water must be put to beneficial use before expiration of the
permit with the two month extension.
Therefore, this is a request for an additional extension of
ten months for an expiration date of July 18, 1976.
Reasons for request:
I. back of finances and the economy did not warrant erecting
facilities prior to this time.
2. The architect is just now finalizing the drawing.
3• Time will be required to obtain bids on construction.
4. Time will be required to obtain financing.
5• If reasonable financing is not available at this time,
then we would like the option of deferring construction to fall
within the extended expiration date of July 18, 1976.
Very truly yours,
Victor R. Martin
