Box 3395 <br />Nederland, CO 80466 <br /> <br />RE: Cross Gold Mine - File No. M-1977-410, <br /> Amendment Application (AM-2) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Pollock: <br /> <br />On February 8, 2021, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your Amendment <br />application for the Cross Gold Mine 110(2) Hard Rock Reclamation Permit, which is located in <br />Boulder County. All comment and review periods began on February 8, 2021, and a decision date <br />has been set for March 10, 2021. <br /> <br />Newspaper publication of a notice (published once) regarding the filing of your application and <br />transmittal of a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders <br />of any recorded easements, and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet of the <br />boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days of submittal.
