(ERC) is submitting this Aquatic <br /> Resource Delineation (ARD) report to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for the Peak Ranch <br /> Resource Site in Summit County, CO. <br /> This report retracts and replaces the previous ARD report and Request for an Approved Jurisdictional <br /> Determination submitted to the USACE dated December 21, 2020. Based upon consultation with you on <br /> January 12, 2021, it was determined that the December 21, 2020 Request for an Approved Jurisdictional <br /> Determination should be retracted and a resubmittal of a Request for an Aquatic Resources Delineation <br /> Verification would be more appropriate for the Site at this time. With this submittal we are requesting an <br /> Aquatic Resource Delineation Verification and scheduling of a site visit to review the information as soon <br /> as weather permits in the spring of 2021. <br /> This submittal should supersede all information related to the December 21, 2020 submittal. <br /> Thank you for your assistance with this project and feel free to contact me with any questions and to <br /> schedule the site visit. <br /> Enclosures: <br /> • Aquatic Resource Delineation Verification Form, USACE Sacramento District <br /> • Aquatic Resource Delineation Report dated January 20, 2021 <br />
