ERC Peak Ranch Resource <br /> Aquatic Resource Delineation Report <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This report summarizes the delineation of aquatic resources completed by Ecological Resource <br /> Consultants, Inc. The survey area is located on the west <br /> side of Highway 9 in the Blue River Valley between the Gore Range Mountains to the west, and the <br /> Williams Fork Mountains to the east. More specifically, the survey area is located in Section 19 and 20, <br /> Township 3 South, Range 78 West in Summit County (Latitude 39.775211' North, Longitude - <br /> 106.154839°West). From the intersection of Interstate 70 and Highway 9 in Silverthorne,the survey area <br /> can be accessed by heading north for approximately 11.5 miles on Highway 9.A gravel drive with a locked <br /> gate directly on the west side of Highway 9 provides access to the survey area.The survey area comprises <br /> 78 acres, including approximately 1,675 linear feet of the Blue River which forms the western boundary of <br /> the survey area.
