6.3.6 Exhibit F
List of Other Permits and Licenses Required
CO Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE); Water Quality
Control Division (WQCD) requires a storm water discharge permit provided herein as
Appendix B.
CDPHE; Air Pollution Control Division (APCD) will require submission of an Air
Pollution Emissions Notice and Air Permit for the crusher.
A zone change from the mining district will be needed prior to final
reclamation. The Clear Creek land use code designates a mining district, the subject
property, that allows mining and milling. The mine zone is very restrictive regarding
allowed uses, requiring a zone change when a claim or parcel is no longer
economically viable as a mining property. Application to Clear Creek County for a
zone change at the time of this application would terminate the zone that allows
milling and processing. The applicant commits to submitting a zone change
application as the mill nears the end of its life, approximately 10 years.
CO Department of Transportation has granted an access permit. The permit
is provided herein as Appendix C.
Page 9of21
