The bond release <br />application was found complete by this Division on February 4, 2021. SL-4 seeks Phase III bond <br />release on approximately 48.81 acres which were reclaimed between 1996 and 2011. The <br />surface ownership is federal and private, and the coal mined was federal and private. <br /> <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br />soon as it has been scheduled.
