As part of that process, we are submitting an application for a "i 11 permit" to the <br /> Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining Et Safety. However, because the proposed <br /> purchase/sate is still in the due diligence phase, we are asking the current owners, Malone <br /> Ranch, LLC and R Et B Ranch, LLC, to agree to the following in furtherance of our application <br /> Accordingly, by your signature below, Malone Ranch, LLC and R Et B Ranch agree to the <br /> following: <br /> . A proposed sale of the Garfield County property, which is the subject of the above- <br /> referenced 111 Permit, is currentty in the due diligence phase; <br /> 2.
