Rifle Gravel Pit #1 January 2021 (Amendment to File No. M-2020-008) <br /> 14.0 Exhibit M Other Permits and Licenses <br /> The following permits are necessary for the full operation of the Rifle Gravel Pit: <br /> • Garfield County Special Use Permit—A Garfield County Special Use permit <br /> application has been submitted for Garfield County review and approval. No <br /> operations will commence until the Special Use permit has been obtained. <br /> • APEN, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Air Pollution <br /> Emission Notification Permit— Permits will be obtained prior to operations. <br /> • CDPS Permit, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment—Colorado <br /> Discharge Permit— stormwater and dewatering permits will be obtained prior to <br /> operations. <br /> • A Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan will be needed at this <br /> site to cover the storage and transport of fuel and other liquids that are regulated by <br /> the EPA. <br /> • Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Access permit and required <br /> Environmental Clearances. <br /> • ACOE NW Permit 39 and NW Permit 7 <br /> • DWR Gravel Well Permit GWS-27 (Form) <br /> • DWR Construction Dewatering Well Permit GWS-62 (Form) or GWS-31 (Form) <br /> 50 <br />
