As additional on-site subsidence <br />data is gathered, CW; will propose other <br />areas, iF required. <br />3) Adequate protection of water rights in- <br />cludes monitoring of water resources. CW; <br />has designed and implemented a complete hy- <br />drologic monitoring program in the permit <br />area. A detailed description of this moni- <br />• [oring program may be found in Section 9ee- <br />-t'T6n-2.05.6(3)(b)(iii). <br />4) Substantial protection of water rights can <br />be afforded in conjunction with regular <br />monitoring, by quick repair of subsidence- <br />induced problems. Although CW; projects <br />small effects due to subsidence, we have <br />endeavored Co assure quick repair by anti- <br />cipaCino and designing corrective measures <br />before the damage occurs.
