Case 1:20-bk-12043 Doc 588 Filed 01/22/21 Entered 01/22/21 10:11:39 Desc Main <br />Document Page 2 of 4 <br />DEADLINE FOR FILING CERTAIN CLAIMS <br />Administrative Claims <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT all persons and entities asserting any <br />claim against the Debtors that arose or will arise in the period from July 22, 2020 through the <br />Effective Date for payment of costs or expenses of administration specified in sections 503(b) and <br />507(a)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code, except with respect to claims arising under section 503(b)(9) <br />of the Bankruptcy Code (an "Administrative Claim") must, no later than thirty (30) calendar <br />days after the Effective Date (the "Administrative Claim Bar Date"), file a request for payment <br />of such Administrative Claim with the Court and serve the same upon the Debtors, the Committee, <br />and the Liquidating Trustee. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, no Administrative <br />Claim request need be filed for the allowance of any fees of the United States Trustee arising under <br />28 U.S.C. § 1930. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT the Court established December 17, 2020 <br />as the deadline for all creditors except governmental units to file proofs of claim arising prior to <br />the Petition Date, including claims under section 503(b)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code. See Docket <br />No. 481. Any such claims filed after this date are untimely. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT the Court established January 18, 2021 as <br />the deadline for governmental units to file proofs of claim arising prior to the Petition Date. See <br />Docket No. 481. Any such claims filed after this date are untimely. <br />Rejection Damage Claims <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT all executory contracts and unexpired <br />leases to which the Debtor is a party shall be deemed rejected, pursuant to sections 365 and 1123 <br />of the Bankruptcy Code, on the Effective Date except those executory contracts or unexpired leases <br />that: (i) previously shall have been assumed, assumed and assigned, or rejected by the Debtors; <br />(ii) previously shall have expired or terminated pursuant to its own terms before the Petition Date; <br />or (iii) relate to the Debtors' insurance policies and programs. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT all persons and entities asserting any <br />claim arising from the rejection by the Debtors of an executory contract or unexpired lease under <br />the Plan must, no later than thirty (30) calendar days after entry of the Effective Date, file a <br />proof of claim for damages alleged to arise from the rejection of the applicable contract or lease with <br />the Court. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT the Court previously entered an order <br />rejecting certain of the Debtors' executory contracts and unexpired leases on October 13, 2020. See <br />Docket No. 477. The deadline for persons and entities asserting any claim arising from the rejection <br />by the Debtors of executory contracts or unexpired leases subject to that order has expired and any <br />such claims are untimely. <br />2 <br />
