M-1999-042, <br /> for failure to comply with the conditions of a permit, specifically failure to maintain legal right <br /> of entry and failure to maintain proper mine permitting with the United States Forest Service. <br /> This matter was scheduled for hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) on <br /> October 21-22. At the request of your attorney Mr. Richard Stephens, the hearing before the <br /> Board was continued to the January 20-21, 2020 hearing. <br /> This notice is to inform you that given the specific continuance request made on January 11, <br /> 2021, this matter is being continued for a fourth time at your request.
