The application was submitted by Seneca <br />Property LLC on June 26, 2020 for the Seneca II-W Mine. In accordance with Rule 2.08.5(3)(b) of <br />the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, we are <br />providing notice of this proposed decision. <br /> <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request <br />a formal hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 30 days of the first publication <br />of the public notice by the Division in the Colorado Mountain News Media -Steamboat Pilot. <br /> <br />The surface mine is located approximately 9 miles South of Hayden, Colorado. The permit area is <br />further described as follows: <br /> <br />T5N, R88W; All of Section 15; Portions of Sections 9, 10, 11, 14, 16, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 34, and 35 <br /> T6N, R88W; Portions of Sections 14, 23 and 24 <br /> T6N, R87W; Portions of Sections 17, 18, 19 <br /> <br />Copies of the renewal application are available for public review at the Hayden Public Library, 201 <br />E. Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, CO 81639. A Copy of the Division's “Proposed Decision and <br />Findings of Compliance” is available at Routt County Clerk and Recorder, P.O.
