Yeldell <br /> <br />RE: Humming Bird Mine - File No. M-2017-035, Miners Mall, LLC <br /> Amendment Application (AM-2) <br /> <br />Please be advised that on January 27, 2021, Miners Mall, LLC, whose address and telephone number are <br />3143 1/2 Goldeneye Ave., Grand Junction, CO 81504; (970) 314-2680, filed an application for a/an <br />Amendment (AM- 2) to M2017035, Humming Bird Mine, which is located approximately 11 miles of <br />Grand Junction, CO, Section 11, Township 14S, Range 100W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Mesa County. <br /> <br />Amendment to AM-1 application. Significant changes to permit boundary and phasing constitutes an <br />amendment. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for February 26, 2021. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Amy C. Yeldell at the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8183. <br /> <br />Miners Mall, LLC is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality <br />of the mining operation. If you wish to make comments on or objections to the mine plan and/or the <br />reclamation plan, they must be submitted within ten (10) days of the newspaper public notice to be <br />considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the <br />newspaper publication date. If we do not receive your comments or any objection by the end of the public <br />comment period, the Division will assume you have no objection or comment to the proposed activity. <br /> <br />M-GR-03A-P
